These rules and regulations apply only to houses. They are not intended as permissions for flats or maisonettes. The rules don’t apply to outbuildings or other structures that might be located on your property. If you plan on building an extension that is in excess of a hundred square metres, you might be charged under the Community Infrastructure Levy.
