A recent survey conducted by the top property website SellingUp has concluded that Double Glazing is the most desirable feature for home buyers.
The survey included over two thousand people and asked the simple question:
Imagine you were looking for a dream house to buy and money and space were no object. Would each of the following special features make a property more desirable to you as a buyer, less desirable or make no difference?
Even when money was considered no object the winner with a desirability of 89% was double glazing, which was some margin ahead of the second most desirable feature – a conservatory! This was quite surprising given the list included the following desirable features:
Indoor Swimming Pool
Bespoke Chef Style Kitchen
Spa Style Bathroom
Underfloor Heating
